June 16-23, 2028 at Springfield Castle in Southwest Ireland

Join CoCo Nonprofit in Ireland for a week at Springfield Castle, visiting iconic and off the beaten track locations in the West of Ireland. Partake in daily photoshoots taking place against legendary backdrops like the Cliffs of Moher and Killarney National Park, and enjoy an authentic Irish culinary experience at the castle and in local pubs and restaurants throughout your stay. Be regaled with fantastic tales by a seanachai ( storyteller), learn a traditional Irish dance while accompanied by live musicians, and travel back through time to feast at a Renaissance banquet. Learn a textile craft from a local artist and how to forage for food that will be cooked by a gourmet chef in front of your eyes. Relax in the evenings with a spa night, a costume movie night, karaoke or a murder mystery, and a bonfire. All meals at the castle and off site are included, along with transport to/from Shannon airport and all locations.
