Dearest Readers,

The plot thickens. I’ve heard whispers that two pillars of historical costuming are on board as sponsors to make the Silk Routes Symposium one not to be missed.

Still not a peep from the suspected bachelor attendees of note. On the contrary it seems as if the ladies developing this event are the ones to watch. So much has occurred in such a short time. Whoever heard of gender minorities doing the work of men? Perhaps someone should ensure they don’t have to work twice as hard for half as much?

I, for one, look forward to see what else they cook up for the event.
